2012 Samsung 500 Results
Greg Biffle wins 2012 Samsung Mobile 500. Biffle finished ahead of NASCAR superstar Jimmie Johnson who was in contention throughout the night and finished second. Biffle overtook Johnson late in the race with 31 laps to go. Johnson led 156 laps of the race, while Biffle led 90 -- including the last 30 of the race.
2011 Samsung 500 Results
Matt Kenseth ended his 76 race win-less streak by winning the 2011 Samsung Mobile 500 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas. This is his second victory and 12th top-10 finish in 18 races at Texas Motor Speedway.
2010 Samsung 500 Results
On a bad knee and all, Denny Hamlin prevailed as the winner of the 2011 Samsung Mobile 500 from Texas Motor Speedway on Monday 19th in the afternoon. Hamlin wasn’t in contention until late in the race when a crash set up a final sprint to the finish with 12 laps remaining. That is where Hamlin got to the front and held off Jimmie Johnson for the victory. Johnson finished second. It was Hamlin second win in his last three races and pushes Hamlin up seven spots in the standings to 11th place, 275 points behind Johnson for the lead.
2009 Samsung 500 Winner
Jeff Gordon has ended the longest winless drought of his career, beating Hendrick Motorsports teammate Jimmie Johnson to finally win at Texas Speedway. Jeff Gordon won for the first time in 48 races with his victory at the 1.5-mile, high-banked Texas Motor Speedway, one of only two active tracks where the four-time Cup champion had never won a race.
